Systems Support Officer

Systems Support Officer  urgently needed for an immediate start to work within Holywell Hospital, Antim. The rate of pay for this post will be £12.86 per hour with the hours of work being Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. This temporary position is set to last for a minimum of 6 with a possibility of extension. The main job duties of this role will be: 

• Providing Systems support through a ticketing system, helping with issues such as, unable to log in, password resets, systems issues etc. 
• Answering telephone calls but mainly monitoring emails to deal with tickets. 
• Write up reports once a ticket has been completed
• Full Training will be provided for this role!

What We Need From You: 

• Minimum of 6 months experience in Information Systems or similar required. 
• Qualification in ICT discipline will is desirable
