Team Leader – Belfast
On behalf of our private sector client, we are recruiting a Permanent Team Leader to work in a supported living service for adults in Belfast. This service provides personalised support to adults with brain injuries, physical and learning disabilities. The successful candidate will be required to work 30 hours a week plus sleep-ins on a rotational basis. Working hours will include weekends (1 in 3 off) and public holidays. The hourly rate for this role is £11.88 per hour, sleep-ins are paid at £34.23 and any additional hours worked are paid at £14.00 per hour. Our client is also offering a Welcome Bonus totalling £500: The bonus will be £250 on successful completion of 6 months service and a further £250 on the first anniversary.
What We Need From You:
● GCSE Maths and English A*-C or equivalent
● Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
● Two years experience in a social care setting
● Computer literate
● Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access NI check
● NISCC registered or be willing to apply
● Flexibility around working hours
