We have a temporary requirement for a part time Team Secretary. This role has an immediate start with our Public Sector Client, a hospital setting in Magherafelt. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 12:45pm paying £10.09 per hour. It is expected that this role with last for approximately 3 months but this could be extended.

What The Job Entails:

  • Typing reports / minutes / letters
  • Telephone duties (service users / professionals)
  • Upkeep of spreadsheets and computer system
  • Audio Typing and minute taking duties
  • Logging referrals / scheduling clinics / appointments

What We Need From You:

  • 5 GCSEs Grade A-C
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages – Word/Excel and particularly diary management via Outlook calendar
  • Good communication skills
  • An ability to work on own initiative

What We Would Like From You:

  • At least one years’ experience in a similar role

What We Will Offer You:

  • £10.09 per hour
  • Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
  • A minimum of 28 days paid holiday’s (pro rata)
