First Choice are Currently recruiting Two Payroll Administrators to join our payroll team based in our Belfast Head Office. The Team are responsible for the weekly processing of over 1000 wages for our temporary workforce across our Branch Offices.  In addition the roles involve processing of client invoices. pay and invoice query and working alongside Offices on their weekly payroll as well as a number of general admin duties.

Applicants should have a strong admin background, good attention to detail and the ability to meet strict weekly deadlines.

Roles offers 30 days paid leave and pension scheme.

Job Duties

  • Part Of a Team that is responsible for weekly processing of 1000 pus temporary staff wages. In addition role involves invoice processing and handling wage and invoicing queries.

  • 1 Year Admin experience
