Two Support Workers – Holywood
Two Support Workers immediately required for a position within our client’s Children Home in Holywood Co. Down, who provide support and care to those with a range of complex needs. Within this role you will support individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, promote independence and assist them with social activities and any needs they may have including personal care.
Shift patterns would be 8.30am-3pm, 2.30-10pm (12pm-10pm on a Thursday during term time) or a long day 8.30am-10pm and Rate of pay is £13-£17 depending on shift worked. This post is to last for 3 Months with possible extension and Experience working with challenging behaviour and learning disabilities is required.
What we need from you
- 6 months experience in a Healthcare Setting
- To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply
- To have, or be willing to attend all mandatory training courses
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access Ni check
