Receptionist – Bangor

We are delighted to announce an opening for a receptionist to work in our clients NHS facility for young people within the Bangor area. In this role you will provide a full front of house service to visitors and staff as well as acting as administrative support to the Office Manager.

Due to the nature of the facility an Enhanced Access NI will be required prior to starting in the role as well as two satisfactory references. Previous reception or customer service experience will also be required along with GCSES at grace C level or above in Maths and English.

This is a temporary role with a pay rate of £9.50 per hour for 37.5 hours per week between Monday – Friday (9am-5pm) and is anticipated to last at least 6 months with possible extension.

Secretary – Bangor

Are you an experienced Secretary that is confident at taking minutes of meetings?

If so then we want to speak to you! We are looking for a full time Secretary to work in Bangor Hospital Co. Down in a temporary full-time role for a minimum of 6 months with possible extension. Hours of work will be Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and an hourly rate of £10.40 per hour with enhanced rates for bank holidays.

Due to the nature of the department in which you will work, the role will involve some sensitive contact and communication with patients, and as such an Access NI will be required prior to starting in the role.

Candidates will need to have at least one years experience as a Secretary with Minute taking duties and having a full UK Drivers licence and access to a car would be advantageous.

  • Word processing / audio typing / producing reports
  • Dealing with general enquiries
  • Maintaining diaries for the team and arranging appointments / meetings
  • Arranging, setting up and minuting panel meetings
  • Sorting and processing information and organising mail
  • Data input work on spreadsheets and SharePoint
  • Filing / E-filing / Archiving
  • Any other duties of the grade as may be determined by the department

Audio Typist – Dundonald

Our Public Sector client has asked our assistance in recruiting an Audio typist with Clerical duties to work in a busy surgical department within the Ulster Hospital in Dundonald Co. Down.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate typing of inpatient and outpatient letters from audio dictation on behalf of the consultants as well as other administration tasks. A high level of confidentiality and high attention to detail is necessary for this role as well as previous audio typing experience.

This position requires an immediate start and will be temporary ongoing for a minimum of 6 months with possible extension. It is a full time (37.5 hours per week) role with a pay rate of £9.50 per hour Monday – Friday.
