The First Choice Training Division was established in 2010 in response to an increased demand for staff to receive work based training courses and to meet increasing legal requirements. First Choice Training caters for all employment sectors; we have a team of qualified and experienced trainers who provide specialist practical instruction and awareness raising courses.

It all starts with our own staff, who are highly trained themselves, through a free client consultation they are able to create individually targeted programmes based on your company’s exact needs. All our courses are fully interactive and use various methods to deliver informative, yet interesting training.

Some training is vital for certain industries, such as, first aid and food hygiene but additional training like conflict management is important for the business as a whole, for staff it not only raises skill levels but morale and job satisfaction.

First Choice has a fully resourced training suite in our Belfast Head Office which is available free of charge to clients if they do not have the capacity to hold training within their own premises or would prefer staff to train in a different environment.
