First Choice Ballymena are recruiting a ward clerk for our client in Antrim. These posts will be on a Temporary contract basis. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The pay rate for this role is £8.90 per hour.

What The Job Entails:

This is a diverse role and will include a number of key areas including:

  • Undertaking the full range of personal assistant duties to directors
  • Providing high quality administrative/ Secretarial support on a range of matters
  • Acting as a reference point for all internal and external enquiries relating to the directors
  • Preparing documents, presentations and files for director in advance of meetings
  • Coordinating actions to all enquiries ensuring that they are dealt with by relevant individuals

What We Need From You:

  • 4 GCSE’s to include English Language (Grade A-C)
  • 1 Year experience working in an office environment
  • Experience using computerised systems
