First Choice are currently recruiting for an Radiology Administration Team Lead in Antrim. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a pay rate of £14.06 per hour. We can offer an immediate start for this role and it’s expected to last around 3 months. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the admin manager, radiology patient access manager, site lead radiographer and consultant radiologists within Antrim Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily operational management and training of administration staff
- Provide administrative, secretarial and management support to senior staff
- Provide induction and training for staff within radiology department and monitor progression
- Run daily reports, prioritise admin duties
- Liaise with GP Practices, multidisciplinary terms and other radiology staff
What We Need From You
- 4 GCSE’S including maths and english plus 2 years administration experience.
- Have a working knowledge of radiology information systems (beneficial)
