What The Job Is: –
Do you have a sales background and the drive to succeed in a competitive market? First Choice has a
new and exciting permanent opportunity for a Sales Administrator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of new and current clients,
researching new companies to contact and finding opportunities to increase business. This will
include speaking to clients on a senior level and negotiating rates. Full training and induction will be
offered

This position is a Permanent full-time role, Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:30pm. Successful candidates will
be offered an annual salary of £25,000 + achievable performance target bonus.

What The Job Entails:
● Undertaking Business Development Calls
● Undertaking Client Visits to Increase Business Levels
● Taking Part in Job fairs and Promotional activity
● Preparing and Placing Recruitment adverts
● Screening And Reviewing Advert Response
● Arranging Suitable applicants For Registration Interviews
● Undertaking registration interviews to legal and company standards.
● Placing Applicants in suitable roles
● Daily Client Company Contact
● Managing Temporary Workforce

What We Need From You:
● A minimum of 2 years sales experience preferably in a target based role
● Ability to work with POS systems, Microsoft applications and portable devices
● Own Transport is essential in the role
