Sales Administrator

Sales administrator required for our successful family run oil business in Kilrea. The main duties of this role will involve providing sales support and be responsible for answering telephone calls, sales and invoicing . Prioritisation skills and a good telephone manner will be essential for this role. The hours of work will be part time working 8.30am-1.30pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday with a rate of pay of £9.50per hour. This is a temporary role with the view to being made permanent for the successful candidate
What The Job Entails:
- Answering telephone calls
- Sales
- Invoicing
- Monitoring emails
What We Need From You:
- 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English
- Proficient in Microsoft word
- 1 year sales or retail experience
- Excellent Telephone Manner
