Senior HR Advisor

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to work with our client the NI Housing Executive based in Belfast, however the successful candidate will be required to travel to various offices across Northern Ireland. This is a temporary post for a minimum of 2 months, and the salary is £16.12 per hour, working hours will be 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

The post holder will be responsible for delivering timely HR solutions, advice, and support across the Housing Executive network.

Duties:

• Provide an effective and customer orientated HR service to the department.
• Deliver proactive HR learning and development support to both managers and employees.
• Liaise with all third parties, organising meetings, hearings, and appeals.
• Initiate investigations, compile reports and update records.
• Manage the day to day activities of the Employee Relations Team.

What We Need from You:

• Level 6 qualification in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a Human Resources function to include providing professional advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters.
• Or a Level 5 qualification in Human Resources with minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Hold current professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development at Associate (Assoc CIPD) or above.
• Hold a current full driving licence.
• Ability to manage attendance, grievances and disciplinaries.
• Be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and hold strong organisation skills.
