Team Secretary – Larne

We are currently seeking an experienced Team Secretary to join the Community Mental Health Team in Larne on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. This is a temporary position for 2 months initially, with the potential to be extended. The role offers a rate of pay of £12.31 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing professional reception and administrative support to the team
  • Typing correspondence, reports, and other documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Minute taking during meetings and ensuring records are properly maintained
  • Handling telephone and in-person enquiries in a courteous and confidential manner
  • Maintaining and updating files, databases, and general office systems

 

What We Need From You

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade A–C) or equivalent, including English Language and Maths
  • At least 6 months’ experience in a secretarial or administrative role
  • Excellent typing and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a busy healthcare team
