A fantastic opportunity has risen in the Ballymena area for a team secretary. This post will be working full time Monday and Friday 9am-5pm paying £10.40 per hour. Successful candidates will be offered an immediate start within the Mental Health & Disability Services department. The main duties of the role will include reception duties, diary management, organising patient appointments and updating information on internal databases.

What We Need From You:

  • 4 GCSEs (A-C), including English Language. Equivalent qualifications may be considered.
  • 1 year office experience
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Bookkeeper – Coleraine

A full time Bookkeeper is urgently required for a small family run manufacturing company based in Coleraine. The hours of work are Mon to Friday 9-1pm or 1-5pm which can be flexible depending on circumstances. The rate of pay for this role is £12 per hour. Do you have experience working with SAGE 50, excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and six months experience working in a bookkeeping setting then this is the job for you.

Main Duties:

  • Bank reconciliation – Cross-referencing the books against bank statements and other source documents to confirm accuracy
  • Creating and sending invoices, and following up to get them paid
  • Creating monthly reports, summarising the business’ financial position
  • Preparing tax returns

First Choice are recruiting a permanent HSQE Advisor for their client who has offices in Belfast and in Newry, however the successful candidate will be required to work across multiple sites. Financial Office Manager

We are recruiting a Financial Office Manager for our client based in Newry. Hours of work are flexible working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. The salary for this post will be in the salary range of £30 – £36,000 per annum dependant on experience.

The Manager will be responsible for the smooth operation of the finance department. This role is ideally suited for a candidate that has worked in a facilities management or construction company.

 

What the Job Entails:

· Supervising of all office staff in the department.

· Reconciliation of measurements sheets and billing using the companies bespoke billing systems.

· Liaising with office administrators ensuring that all invoices/measurement sheets have been received from sub-contractors and all inhouse completed works have been accounted for.

· Responsible to ensure that this process is followed through to end client.

· Assisting with all billing enquiries and ensuring a speedy resolution.

· Administration of purchasing records, such as supplier invoices, waste transfer note validation etc.

· Completing supplier payment runs.

· Ensure that systems are updated centrally so that all administrators can assist.

· Maintain a close working relationship with our sub-contractors and own in house teams.

· Have open communications to ensure correct and accurate information/feedback and that information required is available to assist with prompt billing to client.

· Assist with the answering incoming calls/queries in a professional and prompt manner.
