On behalf of our client based in East Belfast we are recruiting a store coordinator with forklifting duties. This position will start immediately and will become permanent after a period of 13 weeks. The hours of work are 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am – 4pm on a Friday, the rate of pay will be between £10 and £11 per hour dependant on experience.

Main Duties:

  • Use of company system to generate picking lists
  • Preparing the order for dispatch
  • Monitor Stock Control/Stock replenishment
  • Use of reach and counterbalance forklift trucks
  • Load and unload Lorries
  • Delivery of goods to the production area

  • Previous Experience Working in a Store environment

We are recruiting for an experienced Secretary to work within Downe Hospital in Downpatrick within a busy Mental Health Management team. We are interested in speaking to candidates that have GCSE Maths and English, previous secretarial experience and interested in full time hours (37.5 hours per week) between Monday- Friday 9am-5pm.

Purchasing Officer – Bangor

Our client is a reputable manufacturer of mobile pump and heating systems based in Bangor, and due to a sudden growth in their business, they are now looking for a temporary Purchasing Officer to join their team for a period of two months with possible extension.

In this role you will be assisting the purchasing manager to process purchase orders for parts, manage the stock inventory for components, update the management team on lead times for parts and maintain performance and compliance reports.

First Choice have a unique opportunity for Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join our team in Coleraine. This temporary position will be for the next 3 to 4 months. This role would be in the Community and due to start immediately once all relevant checks have been completed.

The pay rates range from £13.84 – £22.14 per hour. Hours of work are 37.5 hours over Monday – Friday.  These positions will require you to work both individually and as part of the team to provide the highest standards of care to all patients.
