Rate of pay as per framework of £10.42- £19.07 per hour, depending on the shift worked. This role provides you with flexibility to balance family responsibilities, academic studies, or other ongoing commitments and is perfect for those looking towards a career in Nursing as you choose your shifts each week! 

Shift times available: 7.30am – 8.30pm, 7.30am – 2.30pm, 2pm – 8.30pm and 8pm – 8am

In this role you will work across various wards to provide care and support to patients with a range of needs.

Temporary Administrative Assistant needed for Magilligan Prison. This is a part time role with a

pay rate of £11.11 per hour and will last for 3 months with a possibility of being extended.

 

The successful candidate will be working 18.75 hours a week Thursday and Friday 9am – 5pm.

Previous experience working in administration is essential.

Team Leader – Supported Living – Newtownabbey

Team Leader – Supported Living

Team Leader required for an immediate start in a supported living facility based in Newtownabbey, which is part of a leading care provider that was established in 1981. 

This role will be full time with hours available on a rota basis, successful candidates will be fully flexible to cover day and night shifts when required. Pay rate of £17.00 – £21.00 per hour depending on shift worked and a sleepover rate of £65.00. 

The main purpose of this role will be to administer medications to service users with learning disabilities, managing challenging behaviours and updating risk assessments as well as leading, motivating and supporting a team of support workers.  

Our client requires all candidates to hold a minimum of Level 3 in a Health and Social Care qualification along with experience in a supervisory role for 3 months. Medication training is essential, although a refresher training course is available if required.. To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply with an Enhanced Access NI completed prior to start date.

Joiner – Antrim

We are recruiting TWO fully qualified Joiners for our client. One role has a base in Holywell hospital in the Antrim area and will involve travelling to complete maintenance of buildings in community settings in the Co.Antrim area.  The other role is based is Whiteabbey Hospital.

These roles are initially 3 months with a possible extension including permanent opportunities with the trust.

The duties of this role will include driving to various trust settings undertaking minor maintenance repairs to include, fitting doors, changing locks and repairing damage in and around the buildings.  Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30AM – 4:30PM, hourly rate of pay is £12.25 per hour.

2 Domestic staff – Enniskillen

2 Domestic Support Staff for our client based in a hospital setting in Enniskillen. The rate of pay for these roles will be £10.42 per hour Monday to Friday, £14.69 on Saturday and after 8pm during the week and £19.07 on Sundays. These roles are for a minimum of 3 months.

These roles have an immediate start with a range of different shift patterns available. Various Shifts and days per week for Full and part time per week with shift patterns 8.30am to 3pm, 5pm – 8.30pm this will be on a rota basis with weekend work included.

The main duties of this role will be brushing and mopping the floors, disinfecting and claiming touch points such as trays and beds. You will also be responsible for changing bins and ensuring all waste is disposed of correctly. Alongside restocking sanitary products such as hand sanitiser and paper towels

Patch Manager

Patch Manager required for our client the NI Housing Executive, this role is based at the housing executive district office in Carrickfergus. This is a temporary, full-time position that is expected to last for a minimum of 3 months with the possibility of extension. Duties:
● Meeting with prospective tenants to go through the application process.
● Assessing affordability and obtaining proof of ability to pay or assist with completion of housing
benefits application.
● Inspection of properties prior to tenant leaving / moving in
● Monitoring rent accounts and identifying late / non payments and pass this information to the Income
collections department.
● Issuing notices around unacceptable behaviour, late payments and evictions
● Liaising with internal departments – Maintenance teams, finance team, other patch managers etc
● Interaction with External services – Emergency services, Housing Associations, Local councils,
Probation board etc

● Hold a degree or higher qualification Certificate/ diploma in Housing or an equivalent subject.

Project Manager

We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to work with our client the NI Housing Executive. This role is based in Marlborough House, Craigavon. This is a temporary post for a minimum of 12 months, with a salary of £15.63 per hour. Working hours will be 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

The post holder will be assisting the Senior Project Manager, managing and co-ordinating the regions planned maintenance programme.

 

Duties:

● Lead on project management on large and complex projects.

● Make sure planned maintenance is delivered in accordance with NIHE’s policies.

● Negotiate appointments and shape the project with contractors and consultants.

● Assess risks and write reports for the approval panel.

● Consult with stakeholders, local representatives, staff, and community representatives.

● Report project performance to the Senior Project Manager.

 

Essential Criteria:

● BTEC Level 5 qualification in a Building/Construction related discipline plus 12 months relevant experience.

OR

● 5 years’ experience within a construction or maintenance environment.
