We are currently recruiting for an exciting position in Belfast as a Team Administrative Assistant.

We are advertising for our Public Sector client who is seeking the right candidate to start right away.

Job Duties include:

  • Minute Taking
  • General Administrative Duties
  • Perform data entry using company computerised system
  • Ensure standards are met to meet with compliance
  • Liaise with other departments
  • To provide a caring service to ALL Clients

Essential Criteria:

  • 4 GCSE’s Including Maths and English Or one year’s relevant experience in a paid role
  • Experience with all Microsoft Packages

Details:

  • Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:00
  • Pay Rate: £8.90
  • Paid annual Leave
