We are currently recruiting for an exciting position in Belfast as a Team Administrative Assistant.
We are advertising for our Public Sector client who is seeking the right candidate to start right away.
Job Duties include:
- Minute Taking
- General Administrative Duties
- Perform data entry using company computerised system
- Ensure standards are met to meet with compliance
- Liaise with other departments
- To provide a caring service to ALL Clients
Essential Criteria:
- 4 GCSE’s Including Maths and English Or one year’s relevant experience in a paid role
- Experience with all Microsoft Packages
Details:
- Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:00
- Pay Rate: £8.90
- Paid annual Leave
